FREQUENTLYASKEDFAQ

You are probably wondering.

What does a project usually cost?
It depends on the scope. A complete brand identity starts at €890 net, a showcase website around €1,900 net (no VAT). We always provide a free, tailored quote.
What are your lead times?
A logo: 5 to 7 days. A showcase website: 3 to 4 weeks. A full project (branding + web): 4 to 6 weeks.
Do you work with clients outside France?
Yes. Design, web and editing are done entirely remotely, over video. For shoots and coverage, we travel from Nîmes anywhere in France, and further afield on quotation.
What happens if I am not happy?
Our process includes sign-off points at every stage. If a direction does not suit you, we rework it at no extra cost.
Who owns the source files?
Source files are not included by default; their handover must be listed in the quote. The quote also defines the usage rights or any transfer and its scope. A transfer takes effect after full payment; without one, final deliverables are supplied in the agreed formats.
