BEFOREYOU WRITEFAQ
The questions we get asked most.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 working hours at most. For anything urgent, message us directly on WhatsApp.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, entirely free and with no obligation. We take the time to understand your project before pricing it.
What does a first conversation look like?
A 30-minute call (phone, video or in person) to pin down what you need. Your written proposal follows within 24 working hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card (Stripe) and cheque. 50% on order, 50% on delivery. An invoice is issued for every payment; while the business falls under the French VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base), it carries the statement “VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code”.
